Sodus Community Health achieves 100% immunization rate for children

Sodus, N.Y. — The Wayne Post announced that Wayne County Public Health recently completed an immunization survey at Sodus  Community Health. The immunization survey looks to see how many children, ages 19 to 35 months receive the recommended vaccines; Dtap, Polio, MMR, HIB,  Hep B, Varicella,  and Pneumcoccol Conjugate13. The National Immunization Survey indicates that 66 percent of children in New York, excluding New York City, are age appropriately  immunized by age 35 months of age.

Sodus Community Health has achieved 100 percent immunization coverage for  its 19 to 35-month-old children. Last year they reached over 90 percent.
