Geneva & Sodus receive Patient Centered Medical Home recognition

GENEVA, N.Y. – The National Committee on Quality Assurance (NCQA) has awarded both Geneva Community Health and Sodus Community Health with the highest – Level 3 – recognition under the NCQA Physician Practice Connections-Patient Centered Medical Home program.
